six months of their graduation, MSU is ranked by

the Ministry of Education (MoE) as Malaysia’s top

university in terms of graduate employability. MSU

also made the Top 100 Leading Graduate Employers

list and received the GradMalaysia 2019 Award

for The Most Popular Graduate Employer in the

Education Sector.

Aside from being rated by MoE as SETARA Tier-5

Excellent Status University and ranked as The Most

Entrepreneurial Private University in Malaysia, MSU

was also awarded the Malaysia Tourism Council

Gold Award School of Tourism and Hospitality

and the Malaysia Centre of Excellence of the Asia

Pacific Institute of Events Management (APIEM).

MSU is also the first university recognised outside

of Japan by ABEST21 and the first to be recognised

by ASIC UK as a Global Technical and Vocational

Education and Training (TVET) Model University

with Outstanding Leadership in International TVET

Education. MSU received the ASIC double awards

of Excellence in Quality International Education and

Outstanding Contribution to International Education.

Along with the Global TVET Model University

award, MSU has been granted ASIQUAL

Validated Award Centre Status for the provision

of ASIQUAL Validated Programmes. MSU also

received the ASIQUAL Recognised Centre Status

for the provision of ASIQUAL qualifications.

ASIQUAL is an awarding body based in the UK,

offering qualifications that recognise students’

academic achievements and skills.

MSU International Medical School Bangalore

campus, on the other hand, is Malaysia’s first

offshore medical school and was granted the full

five-year accreditation by the Malaysian Medical

Council, whereas MSU Medical Centre is the

country’s first private teaching hospital.

Schools and Faculties

MSU houses the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences;

the Business Management and Professional

Studies; and the Faculty of Information Sciences

and Engineering.

Hospitality and Creative Arts, the School of Graduate
