ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES

With a coastline of about 160

kilometres along the South China Sea,

Brunei Darussalam is known for its

stunning sunsets and idyllic beaches,

complemented by its warm tropical

climate throughout the year. With an

abundance of sun-kissed beaches

in the country, visitors can indulge

in watersports activities such as jet

skiing, kayaking and windsurfing or

simply enjoy leisurely strolls and a fun

barbecue picnic with family and friends.

Muara Beach

A popular weekend retreat, Muara

Beach is a family favourite with facilities

including a children’s playground,

huts with BBQ pits, camping site,

reflexology area, 1.2 kilometres

walking/cycling track and sandy

courts for a game of football or

volleyball. Muara Beach is also home

to the Brunei-Australia Memorial Site

in commemoration of ANZAC Day.

Meragang Beach

This quiet and untouched beach is

ideal for morning jogs, long sunset

strolls or simply a moment of relaxation

and

contemplation

free

from

distractions. With its unique cave and

rock formation, this place has some

fun locations to explore including sea

caves to seek shelter from rain.

Serasa Beach

Popular among watersports and picnic

lovers, this recreational beach hosts a

range of watersports activities including

jet skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing,

powerboat racing, aqua sports training,

water skiing and banana boat rides.

Visitors can look forward to picnic

shelters complete with barbecue grills,

resting huts, restrooms, tracks for

jogging and cycling, a fitness area and

a playground for children. There are

also stalls selling fresh food, fruit, fish,

handicraft and even pets.
