Besides internationalisation, MSU’s mission

MSU is an applied, enterprise university

focussed on graduate employability. With

98.7 per cent of its graduates successfully

securing employment within six months of their

graduation, MSU is ranked rst for graduate

employability by Malaysia’s Ministry of Higher

Education (MoHE).

Also rated by MoHE as SETARA Tier-5 Excellent

Status University and ranked as The Most

Entrepreneurial Private University in Malaysia,

MSU is a Malaysia Tourism Council Gold Award

School of Tourism and Hospitality and the

Malaysia Centre of Excellence of the Asia Paci c

Institute of Events Management (APIEM).

MSU is also the rst university recognised

outside of Japan by ABEST21 and the rst to be

recognised by the United Kingdom’s ASIC as a

Global TVET Model University with Outstanding

Leadership in International TVET Education.

Validated Award Centre Status for the provision

MSU International Medical School Bangalore

campus is Malaysia’s rst offshore medical

school granted the full ve-year accreditation

by the Malaysian Medical Council, and MSU

Medical Centre is the country’s rst private
