One such credential that had led to Megamas
excelling in its field of providing quality and
relevant HSE training and consultancy was their
certification by the Offshore Petroleum Industry
Training Organization (OPITO).
“In addition, we also managed to complete some
of our facilities that are still in use today such
as our swimming pool to conduct T-BOSIET or
Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and
Emergency Training, which we first conducted
back in March of 2000,” he noted.
He added that over the course of a year from
1999 to 2000, the company was able to deliver
the standard that BSP had required at the time in
accordance to the OPITO standards. In addition,
