with technology.

With a team of highly skilled and globally

certified IT professionals of over 140 personnel,

technology consulting, software development

The company operates based on the Capability

international best practice framework ensuring

customer satisfaction at all levels. CMMI is a

capability improvement framework that provides

organisations with the essential elements of

performance. In 2020, Dynamik was successfully

appraised at Level 3 of CMMI® Institute’s CMMI

V2.0 Benchmark Model which is the third time

running that the company has been rated at CMMI

Maturity Level 3.

An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the

organisation is performing at a “defined” level.

At this level, processes are well characterised

and understood, and are described in standards,

procedures, tools, and methods. Dynamik is the

first and only company in Brunei to be appraised

the CMMI V2.0 Benchmark Model. This appraisal

puts the company on par with global software

development companies.

Dynamik has achieved a number of significant

milestones, contributing to the digitalisation of the

government, economy and society and building

Brunei as a Smart Nation. One of Dynamik’s

achievements was the Treasury Accounting and

At the recent United Nations Climate Change

Conference, SE reaffirmed its ambition to be a

role model in the fight against climate change.

SE strives to deliver services and solutions that

allow its customers to reduce carbon dioxide

emissions.

was formerly known as BAG Networks, a joint

venture between the Brunei Government and

Accenture. In 2018, BAG Networks officially

rebranded to Dynamik Technologies and is now

fully owned by the government as one of the

largest IT companies in the country.

Aside from its literal definition as “a force of

positive energy, change and progress”, the

name Dynamik is actually made up of ‘D’ and an

anagram of “MINYAK” (the Malay word for ‘oil’).

“D” is in honour of “Darussalam”, the Abode of

Peace, as well as to highlight the importance

of data. The anagram ‘MINYAK’ refers to IT as
